Kampala — An army inquiry has cleared its leadership of complicity in the murder of Rev. Fr. Declan O’Toole early last year.
Defence minister Amama Mbabazi, at the weekend, released the report of an army Board of Inquiry into the murder of Fr. O’Toole of the Mill Hill Fathers and his two aides in Kotido, and the subsequent execution by firing squad of two UPDF soldiers who were convicted of the murder.
