The Karamoja Peace and Technology University (KAPATU) Project is a transformative initiative by the Catholic Diocese of Kotido, the Catholic Diocese of Moroto, the Catholic Lawyers’ Society International, and the Government of Uganda established to create new opportunities for the people of Karamoja and bring hope to a region that has long faced challenges such as poverty, insecurity, and limited access to higher education.
