He is an Associate Partner at K&K Advocates. He joined the Bar in February 2000 and has been a Commissioner for Oaths since 2011. Thomas is an accomplished litigator with over 20 years of active litigation experience.

He is The Hon Judge of the High Court of Uganda: Commercial Division. He has developed vast experience in Employment and Labour Law, Technology, Media & Telecommunication, Property Law and Conveyancing, Corporate and Commercial Law, Electoral Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Thomas has successfully handled election petitions for several Parliamentary candidates and was part of the team retained by the President of Uganda to defend the Presidential Election Petitions of 2016 and 2021.

Thomas is also the lead counsel for the country’s largest media houses and one of the top two telecom operators handling litigation and alternative dispute resolution.

Away from K&K, Thomas plays tennis and is passionate about photography.
