Brief Overview And Experience

He is The Patron and Chairman Board of Advisors of the Catholic Lawyers Society International. He is a Comboni Missionary.

He was born on March 17, 1945 at Baselga in the Diocese of Trent, Italy. He joined the Comboni Missionaries in 1970. He took his first vows on May 4, 1974.

He first came to Uganda in 1975. He was ordained a priest on June 26, 1978 having completed his Theological studies at the National Seminary Ggaba, Uganda, where he was a student from 1975 to 1978.

He also worked on the formation team at the Comboni Missionaries Novitiate in Zambia before returning to Uganda.

He was serving as the Provincial Superior of the Comboni Missionaries in Uganda when he was appointed the Bishop of Kotido Catholic Diocese on August 17, 2009 by His Holiness Pope Benedict the XVI.

He was ordained Bishop on December 19, 2009 in Kotido.
