Ms. Ilga Wanza
Legal Researcher
Areas of Practice:
Overview
I am an advocate of the High Court with almost a decade of experience in legal research. My main area of focus is criminal law, primarily sentencing and punishment. However, every now and then I participate in projects revolving human rights and access to justice. I possess excellent research, analytical, communication and presentation skills. As such, I have had the opportunity to work on various projects involving access to justice and the work of Civil Society Organizations (CSOS). In the course of my career I hope to contribute to proportional sentences and punishment structures to help achieve the objectives of punishment.
