Tumelo Joseph Mokoena is a Mosotho male adult holding a degree in LLB having graduated from the National University of Lesotho in 2009. He is also a holder of an Advanced Diploma in Project Management having graduated from the Institute of Development Management (IDM) in 2018. Ever since he graduated, he has been practising as an advocate of the courts of Lesotho. He is presently a Public Prosecutor of criminal cases involving land and he also serves as Senior Legal Advisor to the municipalities in Leribe, Lesotho.

Since he began practicing as an advocate, he consistently achieved acquittals while working as a defense lawyer. Now, in his role as a prosecutor, he successfully secures convictions whenever there is substantial evidence.
