Managing Partner and Team Leader, Natural Resources Department.  He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Makerere University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre in Kampala.  He is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda; a member of the Uganda Law Society and the East Africa Law Society.
