Mr. Pius Perry Biribonwoha is a Ugandan Advocate who currently serves as the Solicitor General of the Government of Uganda. Prior to his appointment as Solicitor General in October 2024, he served as Deputy Solicitor General from March 2022, Counsel General to the Parliament of Uganda from May 2019, and before that, Parliament’s Director Legal and Legislative Services from 2008 to 2019 when he was promoted to Counsel General.
