Mr. Pius Perry Biribonwoha is a Ugandan Advocate who currently serves as the Deputy Solicitor General of the Government of Uganda. Prior to his appointment as Deputy Solicitor General in March 2022, he served as Counsel General to the Parliament of Uganda from May 2019, and before that, Parliament’s Director Legal and Legislative Services from 2008 to 2019 when he was promoted to Counsel General.
