He is a results-driven Information Technology professional with a strong background in ICT Networks support, operations management, and research-driven development work. He combines technical expertise with leadership experience in community and youth-focused programs, demonstrating the ability to design, manage, and optimize systems that drive both organizational efficiency and social impact. He is passionate about leveraging data, technology, and innovation to deliver sustainable, people-centered solutions.

Beckham has accumulated diverse and progressive experience across technology, operations, and community engagement roles. He has served as an Operations Manager and IT Support specialist in the travel and tourism sector, where he managed business operations, digital platforms, and IT infrastructure.

He also gained hands-on experience in software development support at Ubuntifu Systems Ltd, contributing to system monitoring and lifecycle implementation.

In addition, he has held a long-term role with the Uganda Episcopal Conference, where he coordinated national youth programs, managed ICT systems, and supported digital platforms across multiple dioceses. His earlier experience as a missionary volunteer further strengthened his leadership, training, and community mobilization skills, impacting thousands of youths across Uganda.
