Martin is an Associate Partner with Ligomarc Advocates in the Dispute Resolution Department. He has participated in litigation of complex contentious matters in Uganda for the last 12 years.

Martin passionately represents client interests, through offering diligent professional and timely services in dispute management and resolution. He has built expertise in commercial dispute resolution through taking initiative to deliver practical and commercially viable solutions in protecting, preserving and enforcing clients’ interests.

Martin has handled litigation and ADR in various facets of legal practice and advocacy including land acquisition and compensation, banking and finance, contracts and securities’ enforcement, and employment majorly representing statutory authorities, financial institutions and private corporate bodies and compensation disputes, enforcement of contracts and securities, receivership disputes, employer – employee disputes and finance recovery matters.
