He is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda and all courts subordinate thereto. He is an Executive Partner at Lule Mukwaya & Company Advocates, a position he has held since 2004. Before that he worked as an Advocate at Sam.K.Njuba & Co. Advocates from 2001 to 2003. He has a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) Degree (1995 – 1998) from Makerere University and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Center in Kampala with an emphasis on civil, commercial, domestic, criminal and land transactions.
