He is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda and all courts subordinate thereto. He works as the Legal Manager – Documentation at DFCU Bank, with 10 years of demonstrated experience in the fields of Banking Law and Finance, Employment Law, Debt Recovery, Intellectual Property Law, Commercial Law, Environmental Law, Family Law, Land Law and Criminal Law. He is a legal purist and passionate about ethics and integrity.

He started out in private practice in prominent commercial law firms and has transitioned into in house legal practice. Therefore, he has a strong background in Litigation & alternative dispute resolution, drafting documents for complex commercial transactions, conveyancing, securitisation, employment law, drafting legal opinions, legal risk mitigation and contractual review. I am enthusiastic about Banking, general commercial law, corporate governance , intellectual property law, the law of international institutions, natural resources law and climate change.

He is a subscribed member of the Uganda Law Society and East African Law Society for the last 10 years.
