A person who is curious and willing to go an extra mile in attaining organizational goals and in improving his career. Endowed with good interpersonal and communication skills which are key ingredients in service delivery. One who cherishes and values cultural diversity.

He was born on Monday 29th July 1974 to the late Mr. Joseph Mary Zikusooka Kasasa and Mary Specioza Kasasa of Mityana District, Busujju County, Butayunja Sub-County, Kitongo Parish at Kalezi Village.

2021 to date: Deputy Academic Registrar

Key duties:

  • Deputizing the academic registrar in matters to do with graduate studies.
  • Provision of secretariat services to both Graduate Board, and Research and Publication Committees.
  • Liaising with the NCHE on matters to do with graduate studies admissions.
  • Liaising with faculties/schools in the development and review of academic programmes.
  • Coaching, appraising, and mentoring junior staff.

December 2013 to 2021: Senior Assistant Registrar in charge of Transcripts Section

Key duties:

  • Production of academic transcripts.
  • Verification and/or certification of former students’ academic documents.
  • Supervision, coaching, appraising and mentoring of junior staff.
