He is a Board Member at the Insurance Regulatory Authority of Uganda. He is an  Advocate and Insurance Claim Advisor at NMM Advocates & Legal Consultants since 2004. He attended Makerere University where he attained; a Master of Laws (LLM) Degree, and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) (Hons). He also has a Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre in Kampla Uganda. He is skilled in Corporate Law, Litigation and Legal Research.
