An advocate of Uganda and an alumnus of the prestigious Makerere University law school, Francis is an exceptional lawyer and an astute attorney. Initially he worked with Tibamanya urban Advocates where he handled criminal, civil and commercial litigation. Francis is the principal partner of OHA Chambers and the public face of our practice.

Over the years, Francis has cultivated a specialization in financial institutions law, international commercial transactions, corporate governance, intellectual property, tax law advisory, foreign direct investment advisory, product liability litigation, legal due diligence and audit, labor relations, regulation of non-governmental organizations, immigration as well as mergers and acquisitions.

He has also developed specialty in capital markets and forex trade advisory, project finance, corporate finance, syndicated lending, equity investments, regulatory compliance and debt collection.

Francis is a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, a Notary Public, a commissioner for Oaths and an advocate in all courts in Uganda
