Chege Daniel Kamau is an advocate of the High Court practising law in the firm of Chege & Sang Co.Advocates in Nairobi, he is a law trainer in commercial law, teaching KASNEB Law courses namely; Introduction to Law, Law governing credit practice, debt recovery and Company Law, he is also the executive director of Uzalendo Institute of Leadership & Democracy, an NGO which seeks to foster valued based leadership in Kenya and also offers free legal advice to communities.
Daniel is a passionate public interest litigant having filed and acted in person in the following constitutional petitions; Constitutional petition no 166 of 2010 Daniel Chege & Others Vs AG, constitutional reference no 1 of 2011, Constitutional petition no 281 of 2013 Daniel Chege & Others Vs AG& Constitutional petition no 203 of 2015 Daniel Chege & Others vs AG.
When he is not in court or classroom CHEGE KAMAU inspires and motivates the youth to aspire for greatness by visiting high schools and colleges through INSPRE ASPIRE VENTURES. Chege is also a husband to one wife, and a father of two daughters and a son, he is also a staunch Catholic and the chair of the adhoc committee of the Kenya Catholic Lawyers Association.
