Duties/Responsibilities Included:

  • Assisted in providing legal advice, legal briefs, and opinion to senior management.
  • Assisted in the collection and preparation of information related to court matters.
  • Worked with the firm to ensure that the it`s commercial, contractual, and other legal interests are adequately protected.
