He works with the Uganda Judiciary as Magistrate Grade One. He holds a Master of Energy Economics and Governance from Makerere University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Law Development Center, a Bachelor of Laws from Makerere University. He is passionate about Renewable Energy and Climate Change. He has a Certificate in Energy Transition from African Energy & Minerals Management Initiative He has written articles and opinions on Climate Change and Energy.
