Brief Overview And Experience
He is the Chief Magistrate in charge of Mbarara Chief Magisterial area. He is an experienced advocate with postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice (Dip. L.P), Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and conduct lectures (Corporate/Commercial Practice and Civil Litigation).
He has handled legal advisory service – notably in contracts, international trade/commerce, securities, debt recovery, land transactions, public procurement, medical negligence, biomedical research/clinical trials, pensions/provident funds, tax, regulatory compliance, labour disputes, marriage/divorce, human rights, children, succession, immigration among others.
He also advises and regulates financial institutions (including Stanbic Bank, Bank of Baroda, Diamond Trust Bank, GT Bank, Exim Bank), Uganda Bankers’ Association, Microfinance Institutions and Moneylenders.
