On the 17th day of January 2023, the top Executive leadership of the Catholic Lawyers Society International launched a series of activities. Key among these activities was the fundraising drive for the activities planned for 2023-2024.

This drive was launched at the office of the Minister of State for Northern Uganda Rehabilitation in the office of  the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uganda in Kampala.

The Minister of State for Northern Uganda Rehabilitation, the Hon. Kwiyucwiny Grace Freedom is the Chief Fundraiser for the Catholic Lawyers Society International in Uganda. Accordingly, she convened the meeting and launched this fundraising drive.

The Catholic Lawyers Society International delegation was led by The Very Rev. Msgr. Dr. Lawrence Lugoloobi Ssemusu, the Vice Chairperson of the Executive Board of Directors and the Episcopal Vicar for Professionals in the Arch Diocese of Kampala in Uganda.

He was accompanied by Mr.Twinobusingye Severino -the President of the Catholic Lawyers Society International, Capt. (Rtd) Henry Kyarimpa, the Corporation Secretary-Catholic Lawyers Society International and Mrs. Jovita Tukahirwa Byamugisha – the Chief Executive Officer for Catholic Lawyers Society International.
