Mr. Tibaijuka Kyozaire Ateenyi Charles is a Ugandan Senior Advocate of the Courts of Judicature in Uganda and he is the Representative of the Western Ecclesiastical Province.

He is the founder and Managing Partner of M/s Tibaijuka & Co. Advocates, Suite A, 3^rd Floor, Musana House Plot 45 Nkrumah Road P.O Box 2535, Kampala, Uganda.

He brings to the society a vast experience as shown below:

1. From 2005 to 2009, he served as the Chairperson of University Staff Tribunal, Mbarara University of Science and Technology.
2. From 1998 to date he has led a successful practice as the Managing Partner of his law firm, M/s Tibaijuka & Co. Advocates.
3. From 1996 to 1998, he worked as a Partner in M/s Katureebe, Twinomukunzi & Co.  Advocates.
4. From 1990 to 2015, he delivered various professional papers as a Guest Speaker to the Bar Course Students at the Law Development Centre.
5. From 1990 to date, he has served as External Examiner of law at a Post-Graduate Bar Course at the Law Development Centre.
6. From 1990 to 1996, he served as a Partner in M/s Owiny-Dollo, Tibaijuka & Co. Advocates, Lecturer in Law at Progressive Accountancy Centre, External Examiner of law at a Post-Graduate institution.
7. From 1986 to 1990, he served as a   Lecturer at Nkumba College of Commerce and Advanced studies, Lecturer in Law at Progressive Accountancy Centre.
8. From 1984 to 1986, he served as a   Legal Assistant, Obol Ochola & Co Advocates.
9. Lecturer in Law at National College of Business Studies (now Makerere University Business School (MUBS), Lecturer in Law at Progressive Accountancy Centre.

Throughout his career, he has presented the following professional Papers and made Publications:

1. He has contributed to the Law Section of Questions and Answers for CPA Students, published by N.A. Saleemi.
2. He wrote Introduction to Law for law students at National College of Business Studies (now MUBS), a modified version of which was later published by N.A. Saleemi for CPA students.
3. He has presented Papers on Civil Procedure for use by Bar Course Students and Legal Practitioners.

From 1978 to 1979, he successfully pursued the EAACE (A Level) at Kabalega Senior Secondary School, Masindi, Uganda.

From 1974 to 1977, he successfully pursued EACE (O’Level) at Duhaga Secondary School, Hoima, Uganda.

From 1966 to 1973, he successfully pursued PLE at Ambalal Memorial Primary School Lira, Uganda.
